1. About Our Service
Key West Auto Shipping provides vehicle shipping to and from the Florida Keys and nationwide. In-N-Out Keys operates its own trucks on the Florida corridor and coordinates a vetted carrier network for routes outside our direct coverage. We arrange and manage your shipment from quote through delivery.
2. Quotes & Booking
A quote becomes a booking once you confirm it and we schedule your shipment. Quotes are based on the information you provide (vehicle, locations, dates, transport type). If the actual details differ — for example an inoperable vehicle, oversized vehicle, or changed locations — pricing or scheduling may be adjusted, and we’ll communicate any change before proceeding.
3. Pickup & Delivery
We provide door-to-door service where access and local regulations allow. If a street is too narrow or restricted for a transport truck, we may arrange a nearby accessible meeting point. Pickup and delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by weather, road conditions, and other factors outside our control; we’ll keep you informed.
4. Your Vehicle
- Remove personal belongings before transport unless otherwise agreed; we are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
- Ensure the vehicle is in the condition described at booking (e.g., operable unless an inoperable vehicle was arranged).
- The vehicle’s condition is documented at pickup and delivery on a bill of lading / inspection report. Please review and sign it at both ends.
5. Payment
Payment terms are provided with your booking confirmation. Any deposit, balance, and accepted payment methods will be stated clearly before your shipment.
6. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms are provided with your booking; we aim to be fair and reasonable, especially when a carrier has not yet been dispatched.
7. Insurance & Claims
Vehicles in transit are covered under the carrier’s cargo insurance. In the unlikely event of transport-related damage, note it on the delivery inspection report and contact us promptly so we can help you initiate a claim. We’ll provide carrier insurance details on request.
8. Intellectual Property
The content, design, logos, and materials on this website are owned by In-N-Out Keys or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to transport is limited to the terms of the applicable transport agreement and carrier cargo coverage. Inspection at pickup and delivery
Your vehicle’s condition is documented on a bill of lading / inspection report at pickup and again at delivery. Review it carefully at both ends and keep your copy.
Carrier cargo insurance

Open or enclosed transport
Open transport is the standard, cost-effective option used industry-wide. Enclosed transport adds full protection from weather and road debris — a good choice for classic, luxury, or exotic vehicles.
