Shipping a car to Islamorada

Islamorada is a favorite for second homes and fishing getaways, and many owners want their own vehicle (or a nicer one) waiting for them. We pick up anywhere we serve and deliver right to your door, dock-side lot or rental between roughly MM 90 and MM 72.

Open or enclosed?

Most daily drivers ship on an open carrier. For classics, exotics and freshly restored cars, consider enclosed transport — it keeps salt spray, road grit and summer storms off the paint.

What to know locally

• US-1 is the only road in and out, so delivery windows can shift with traffic or accidents. We keep you updated by phone or text.
• Resort and condo properties often have rules about large trucks — let us know so we can arrange a meet point.
• Plan around busy weekends and fishing tournaments when traffic is heavier.

Paying for your transport

Every carrier accepts COD, but not every carrier takes billed payments, so paying on delivery lets us line up the best carrier for your route. Routes leaving the Keys may sometimes need a split payment; we will tell you up front if yours does.
